Travel Packages

Hotel Travel Packages

Travel packages bundle GA or VIP festival admission for two or four guests with a stay at the Park South Hotel in midtown Manhattan plus exclusive merchandise gifts and ferry transportation to/from the festival each day. All Travel packages are sold exclusively by CID Entertainment.

Getting Your Order

 

  • Wristbands begin shipping mid-June and will take a few weeks to complete.
  • If you have not received your order by July 25th, please email support@festivalticketing.com.
  • Passes will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations.
  • Your tracking number will be emailed when your order is ready for shipment.
  • Each Panorama order is shipped separately and will take several weeks to complete. Don’t worry if yours isn’t the first to arrive.
  • Deadline to change shipping address is June 7th, no exceptions.  Please refer to UPS Mail Innovations.
  • Deadline to have your pass shipped domestically is July 16th. Passes purchased after this date will need to be picked up at will call by original purchaser.
  • There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances.
  • Orders not delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/returned to sender/wrong address/any reason what so ever) must be picked up at will call by original purchaser.
  • Photo ID & credit card used for purchase are required for any will call pick up.
  • International orders can be held at will call or shipped for an additional $25 fee.
  • Single Day Ferry and Shuttle Passes will be emailed separately and not included in ticket packages.

Box Office / Will Call

The Box Office / Will Call on Randall’s Island will be located at both the East and West entrances to the festival site. All types of festival & transportation passes will be available for purchase or pick up. Cash/Credit accepted.

EZ Pay Payment Plan

  • Orders placed between
    February 1st and March 3rd

    Last day to order on payment plan is May 3rd.  All orders should be paid in full by June 3rd.

  • Panorama payment plan orders are handled exclusively through our festival ticketing partner.

  • There is NO additional fee for this service.

  • No refunds / cancellations or exchanges.

  • You may PAY IN FULL if you do not want to use EZ Pay.

  • Your initial order total will be split into even payments starting the day you order through June 2018. Due to rounding, exact payment amounts may vary per payment.

  • Your additional monthly payments will be automatically deducted through June 2018, the same day each month, on the original order day. Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.

In order to utilize the payment plan option, you MUST specifically check the payment plan (EZ Pay) box during the checkout/order process. If you miss this, you are paying in full. There will be no account adjustments.

Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is 100% your responsibility to manage your payment plan. You must pay attention to your bank and credit card statements to make sure your payments are deducted. You will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If your payment is not made by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a $50 restocking fee.
