  • Will set times be posted in advance?

    Yes. Set times will be posted here in the days prior to the festival. Download our mobile app and sign up for push notifications to get the latest info as it’s available.

  • What is the re-entry policy?

    Your RFID wristband will allow you to enter and exit the festival once each day (no re-entry).

  • Can I bring my pet?

    No sorry. Only ADA companion animals allowed.

  • Can I bring my children?

    Yes – all ages welcome. Ages 2 and under are free and do not require a pass; all other kids must have a wristband of their own. Baby strollers are allowed.

  • Will there be ATMs on premises?

    Yes, plus all on-site vendors accept credit cards, debit, and cash. Check out the festival map for exact locations.

  • Will there be bicycle or motorcycle parking?

    Biking to Panorama is strongly encouraged. There will be a dedicated lot with bicycle racks, but motorcycle traffic is prohibited on Randall’s Island during the festival.

  • Will lockers be available?

    Yup! A link to reserve yours in advance is coming soon.

  • May I hand out flyers for my event at Panorama?

    Nope – sorry. Save some paper and promote online, it’s 2017!

  • What kind of ID do I need to pick up my ticket or to purchase drinks? What if my ID is expired?

    Only valid (non-expired) government-issued photo IDs will be accepted.

  • Will I be searched upon entry?

    Festival security will search all persons and bags prior to entry. Please review the prohibited items list if you aren’t sure whether or not you can bring something.

  • What if it rains?

    Panorama is a rain or shine event. Please bring your rain boots, ponchos, or other rain wear in the case of inclement weather.

  • I am a vendor interested in selling my food / product on site. Who do I contact?

    Vendors are encouraged to reach out to foodvending@panorama.nyc or nonfoodvending@panorama.nyc for consideration to be featured on site.

  • Are there any opportunities to volunteer at Panorama?

    Applications to the 2017 Community Service Program are now closed. If you are interested in working at Panorama to cover the cost of your festival pass please look into our Labor of Love Program.

  • Can I perform at Panorama?

    We are flattered that you would want to play at our event but we unfortunately do not have any slots open for 2017.

  • I'm a photographer. Who do I arrange a photo pass through?

    To apply for a press/media pass, please click here.

  • Can I bring my prescription medication?

    Yes! Please coordinate with ADA@panorama.nyc to make sure you don’t have any trouble with security when entering the festival site.

  • Will there be vegetarian / vegan food offered? Kosher? Gluten Free?

    Yes! All! Gluten free food. Fresh fruit. All kinds of stuff.

  • Is there a dress code for Panorama?

    Nope! But please check the weather beforehand to make sure you’re dressed appropriately – it could get hot. Also please make sure to check out our prohibited items list to ensure you aren’t bringing (or wearing) anything you aren’t supposed to.

  • Where is my wristband?

    Wristbands begin shipping in mid-June but may take a few weeks to complete. If you have not received your order by July 26th, please email support@festivalticketing.com

  • How do I check on my order?

    Simply click on “Log In” from the ticket purchase page HERE

  • How do I log into my purchase account?

  • How do I update/change my shipping address or credit card?

    The tickets for Panorama 2017 are being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card used at the time of the purchase. If you are not able to get your passes at the shipping address being used for your order, you can update the shipping address in your Order History. Please note the last day to update your shipping address is June 10th or within 24 hours of purchase – whichever is later.

    After completing your purchase.

    1. Login to your account by visiting Panorama 2017’s ticket purchase page
    2. Click on the “Log In” tab and login to your account
    3. Click on “Order History” in the “My Account” tab
    4. Select your order using the order number or date of purchase as reference
    5. Click on the “Edit” button next to your shipping details and then update the shipping address to where you would like the credentials sent.

    If for any reason you cannot log into your account please contact us at (855) 742-9726 (M-F, 9-5 AZ Time) and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

  • How do I update/change my email or billing address?

    Any changes to personal information such as your billing address or email on the account can be completed by following the following steps:

    1. Login to your account by visiting Panorama 2017’s purchase ticket page
    2. Click on the “Log In” tab and login to your account
    3. Click on the “My Account” tab
    4. Make any necessary changes to your email address or billing address information
    5. Click Submit

  • How do I contact the ticketing company?

  • Can I pay off my EZ Pay Purchase Plan early?

    In order to update your EZPay payment method or make a payment at any time, please follow these steps:

    1. Login to your account by visiting Panorama 2016’s ticket purchase page
    2. Click on the “Log In” tab and login to your account
    3. Click on “Order History” in the “My Account” tab
    3. Select your order using the order number or date of purchase as reference
    4. Click “EZPay Details”
    5. Make changes to your EZPay Details such as updating the card, making a payment, or paying off your order. Finish this process by hitting the “Submit” button

  • How do I order if I live outside of the USA?

    If you live outside of the country where the event takes place and wish to order tickets, you can place your order online or call Ticket Purchase Support at (855) 742-9726 and a representative will be happy to assist you in making your purchase.  Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm Arizona Time. Please note there are additional shipping charges on international orders.

  • I purchased a GA pass but now want to upgrade to VIP - how do I do that?

  • Camping / overnight stays are not permitted on Randall’s Island

  • No refunds or exchanges

  • Modified or tampered with wristbands are null and void

  • There is a 6 pass limit per order

  • DO NOT BUY passes from a 3rd party / scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from any third party. Scalped passes may be void.
