Schaller’s Stube

Much like his grandfather 80 years earlier, third generation owner of Schaller&Weber, Jeremy Schaller, evaluated the needs of his customers. He decided to add to the family legacy by opening up “Schaller’s Stube” with an eclectic menu filled with German classics as well as chef curated “Quality Wursts” drawing on various local and ethnic flavors. With a Berlin style, and a New York sensibility, Schaller’s Stube Sausage Bar was born.
