Payment plan


  • Payment plan orders are handled exclusively through our festival ticketing partner.
  • You may PAY IN FULL if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • Payments are AUTOMATED.
  • You may take advantage of the payment plan for any pass type, including travel packages.
  • The last day to take advantage of the payment plan is April 30th (2 payments).
  • Billed monthly (on your initial order date) until balance paid in full.
  • No refunds/cancellations or exchanges.

Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 cancellation fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to keep track of your payments. You must pay attention to your bank/credit card statements to make sure your payment went through. You will have a 10-day grace period to pay after the initial charge is attempted. If your payment is not made by the 10th day after that initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Getting Your Order


  • Wristbands begin shipping mid-June and will take a few weeks to complete.
  • If you have not received your order by July 25th, please email
  • Passes will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations.
  • Your tracking number will be emailed when your order is ready for shipment.
  • Each Panorama order is shipped separately and will take several weeks to complete. Don’t worry if yours isn’t the first to arrive.
  • Deadline to change shipping address is June 7th, no exceptions.  Please refer to UPS Mail Innovations.
  • Deadline to have your pass shipped domestically is July 16th. Passes purchased after this date will need to be picked up at will call by original purchaser.
  • There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances.
  • Orders not delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/returned to sender/wrong address/any reason what so ever) must be picked up at will call by original purchaser.
  • Photo ID & credit card used for purchase are required for any will call pick up.
  • International orders can be held at will call or shipped for an additional $25 fee.
  • Single Day Ferry and Shuttle Passes will be emailed separately and not included in ticket packages.
